1 cup Medjool dates (about 12 dates)

⅔ cup Coconut flour

½ cup Cocoa powder (unsweetened)

½ cup Peanut butter

3 tablespoons Coconut oil

⅓ cup Cocoa powder (for rolling)
Directions

Add all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until a crumbly mixture forms, which should hold together when lightly squeezed. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of water, no more than 3 tablespoons.
